Service nature
Wardrobe styling is a personalised service. Once sessions occur or digital lookbooks are delivered, fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled once without extra cost. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Deposits
Deposits secure your booking slot. If you cancel after preparations begin, deposits cover time already invested.
Physical goods
We do not sell clothing. If we source items on your behalf, store-specific return rules apply and will be provided with receipts.
Quality concerns
If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us within seven days so we can review and remedy.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days, subject to banking timelines.
